@philippejugnet. I'm still trying some styles, I'm not blocked in any technique. Yes, maybe I'm using dithering a lot by now, but I like the results very much (My last pieces have been in the 1st page of the weekly showcase!!). I think you can make any texture with different types of dither.
In the other hand and curiously I think you should add some dithering in your pics, because some times your pieces look unfinished. And of course, you're allowed to edit whatever you want of my pieces .

And... well, I think my last two pieces don't have many contrast. But they have a dark ambient too...

 If someone else did it to you and you felt really bad, I felt it too. I would say it to anyone else in this website, I really don't think this kind of comment is useless. If it had a button for me to "like" (just like on facebook) I would press it.

philippejugnet, I dont think saying "Totally agreed" would hurt someone in someway.  Saying that I wanted to reinforce my ideas about this piece, that are actually similar to yours. I also think that is ridiculous for you to write a text about the "artists feelings" to try to give me a lesson. If you feel uncomfortable about the fact that I am not spending letters to make a critique and just reinforcing yours, just report me buddy. okay? :)

I find Nevercreature's subdued palettes to be a refreshing change, personally.

That said, this piece might look better with some higher contrast.  On the web, maybe?

Also, the grassy thing in the lower left corner looks a bit out of place.

Looks good to me Creature. Certainly one of my favorites of your work.

 @Dont - That was already said and just re-inforcing my comment is useless, please don't do it and it may sound a little rude. I am sounding rude right now but I am doing this because this way we won't hurt the artist's feelings and if multiple people just repeat the same critique it may seem that you want to propositally bother him or agree with me because you are my friend ^^ but please buddy don't do that okay? :)

 Never creature, the main problem is that I don't see any textures just dithering and you should try to add detail to the objects on the backgroud. Keep it up buddy, you have improved so much over your last pieces - You started like FOOL did. I hope that I am helping a new fool to grow here ^^. If you authorize me to do an edit with some of my toughts I ceirtainly will. See you buddy! ^^!

 I am being able to recognize your pieces by the almolst no shifted palette and the dithering that you use too much, It is good the way you dither stuff but you are doing it too much.
