He kinda walks like a fabulous-sir-monster. Love it.

So cool! I'd personally make him more clay-like but that's just me and he could just as well be made of rocks instead.

But. Great to see this, I like the animation (though perhaps it'd be nice if his legs reflected the enormous weight they should be carrying), and it's nice to see 'monsters' as main characters.

 Looks more like super beefed up running dude, but I see how it's a golem up close.. cool and spicy!
