I think the eyebrows might be better if the hairs followed the direction of their growth, at the moment they all appear to go striaight up, which only the innermost hairs tend to do.

Most of his features appear very femenine.The chin is too narrow, the eyes have too much of an angle, the eyebrows look like they have been plucked, the lips are pouty, and the bridge of the nose should be wider so that you can push the eyes out further. As of right now, the gap between the eyes and the outside edge is too small, and is in part why you may be having difficulty making ears to add to it. The pixeling itself looks really nice, it's the anatomical issues that I am having issues with.
