 Then try line AA . Look at my golden heart , that is a good example . (Even though I'm not to great at pixelart )

 I tried but the image went fuzzy? i use iaza to make animations and transparent images but when i did the whole thing went..... :S i like the idea about the cheeks , but when do i need to do AA ? ive only tried it once...a long time ago.

If you remove that white backround and do some AA , maybe a little brighter colors to his cheeks to, then he will look great ! :)
