Lots of jaggies, gradient shading makes it look flat, unnecessary dithering. You can put a lot more effort into this.

 I think you could spend a little more time with this. I hope you can tell the proportions are severely off. Also midway thru the animation the lines disrupt the outline of the apple. Worry about the major details before you hit on the minor ones, like the animation.
