Welcome to the pixeljoint, nice first entry!

As for CC, lessen the color count (never reach above 32, and it will be easier to understand what you are doing when under 16), lessen the black outlines and lessen the dithering.

Start small and discover the possibilities of the pixel :)

Woahh, first i was like "woahh so bright colors...my eyes are hurting" bu then i really lik this peace of art! Maybe is the details or the shading? i dont know.. anyway: Nice work!
