First thought was Gimp made in Gimp. Anywho, it's pretty nice. I'm not super-big on the skin color.

 Woah nice contrast and pose.

Just from a quick glance though, I think the eyes could be refined just a bit more.

For a piece that doesn't use anti aliasing, it's pretty good.
