The legs look correct to me - his waist would be just a little bit above his wrists, and that's if he is not slouching over like a punk most likely would be. (expecially while posing for some pixelart)

I disagree ZmanZ on the legs being too short. I think he was trying to convey the sweater being slightly too long for him.

fairly nice piece, but in the future try yo avoid black outlines unless your having an overall out line for the character.

Pretty good, but the legs are a little too short., also the folds in thae pants don't seem realistic. I also suggest that you choose a lighter shade for the pants so that you can detail and shadow.
