1240 is to much colours! I think that this is a very good concept but it needs to be refined a bit, it just looks to messy. Very good idea (except the colours), you should work on it some more.

It's very messy and the colour count is crazy high (over 1k). Now, I can't be certain, but I'd say those two reasons are good enough for why this can't be accepted.
That's not to say I don't like it. It's just... not what I'd consider pixel art, I guess?
