An entry for the weekly challenge. Don't try to read that, it's gibberish.
-Edited some things: dithering on the candle glow, added quill, added matchbox, edited wood grain, revised palette slightly.
I like the touch of the ink spilling on the page. I especially love the way you blended the browns!
That candle looks so vivid. Wonderful!
I really like that one! The metallic ink bottle is astoundingly convincing!
it's very Cool!
The fixed elements make it look even better now. This is fine art.
much nicer after the edit. the glow is a lot more noticable. adjusting the rating on this one.
Great texture and lighting amizing.
Great colors and lighting effect.....!
@Ashbad, good point about the dithering, fixing that right now.
@mhad, ah! I knew someone would say that, it's coming though. c:
this is really nice, i just cant see the quill ! ;)
like the plastique'ness of this.
always good to see your work. Small scaled and great colors/lighting as always.
Looks great! Not sure the dithering works everywhere -- it specifically looks wonky on the unlit side of the facing us -- but it works excellently with most of the top of the table, the candle, and the light glow effect. Should be a strong contest contender.
