Is it alright if you can go into more detail? I am really knew with the terms, and if you can tell me what I can do to fix it, that would be nice! The black outline on this body is so he woul stand out from the background he will be in.

I tried a firm cell-shade, but it seemed really blocky...
I like the character design and his carefree look :D
I think the jaw the nose could still get a bit more refining since they look a tad too large for the character. His right pupil maybe could either be a little more lighter on the top or you could move it a little more to the right. The AA you did with the outline of his hair and it's repective darker shade has banding and that can be easily fixed. Same goes with some of outline with the rest of his body.
Other than that, it's not bad, I hope you keep up the work and finish your game!
Very nice but unless the project specs call for dithering I would think just cell shading would be cleaner without any new colors :/
