Hjhdsj...hds-...uh, I am speechless, sir. I really, really love this. I love the tone of colors, the scenery, and especially the swirls. I'm not gonna nitpick at it, though, cause, well, I don't have much pixeling experience. I'll just sit here and admire it. :P

hm i took a closer look at the problem you mentioned about the swirls. the problem can't be solved without adding 1 or 2 more colors. but thanks for commenting on this :)

who gives a rats aspen of what DA thinks...any ways this is very cool. The dithering is nice and the swirls are gravy to the extreme.( I love swirly effects.) Looks very surrealistic due to the flying object looking like a boat.(Is that a boat floating towards the city?) All in all, great color selection, nice dithering, and good swirls( the swirls look great, but I feel like they still need a little more lovin'). good job, and good luck with the contest.
