Ah I'm absolutely in love with the cahracter and the sparkling star floor!
I really like the colors and just the general style of shading here. It reminds me a bit of old school Final Fantasy Tactics.

I agree with the twinkling of the stars as well; the animation just adds that extra kick to the entire piece.
Also love the shading on the dress and the hair, great job!
Only one thing I have to critique is that the scarf makes the left arm a little hard to read. I almost thought that the scarf at first glance was part the left sleeve before I zoomed in.
