I made it measuring a physical card (I have the deck) with a hand ruler and painting one pixel per millimeter.
The textures aren't even hand-drawn, they're tool combos (spray tool and shade FX in all likelihood), and it has banding and pillow shading all over. But I wouldn't learn what those terms meant until MUCH after.
