Normally we do not want any uneeded BG and ask that they be removed, but here it actually seemed to help the piece and somehow works as a 'whole' not to mentioned it appears to be a size decision too...so I added to the gallery.
You need to remove the background in order to have the moderators approbation.
Nice decision, the Background helps alot to make this piece. I just tested ti with transparency and it's nowhere near as nice.
