it's more a scarf, than a tie, but I got the idea, what you mean. I think I won't redo this, want to concentrate on new pieces, but thank you for telling me what to do better.

 Its ok. Hair color seems a little too green. But the thing that catches my eye (in a bad way) is the tie. It could be a little more geometic, and not have a wonky lightsource.
