I don't really need help on ideas, I am just really lazy and something like that would be way to time consuming. Especially for Pixel Art, it would never be finished. I've lots of ideas but for most of them Pixel Art is definitly not the right medium.
give it a shot with some ideas! try to think about it!

Eat something... a giant tree or petal or something. where can it be found? nowhere. human buildings, attacking city that looks like a giant petal or some kind of statue that is holding a leaf or using a crown of leafs. I coudnt find anything exept for this which is based on a lotus flower.

ehm. it has positioned itself on a big rock in order to have a better view of the environment 
Is your monitor's brightness set too low by any chance? I've gone pretty much to the extremes in the dark shades.

The idea was to have comets crash into the planet in the background, kinda like he is watching the world getting destroyed. But it didn't look good as still and I didn't have the time to animate it in the end.
I cant see a catterpillar, I can see a sphere like monster with a head coming out of it.

No I don't, that's the problem, I want to learn digital painting in the future though (I tried it every now and then but I weren't sucessful, time for a serious attempt, eh.)
