Interesting piece! The cyborg part kind of reminds me of Star Fox for some reason. 

'Couple problems with this piece, though:

First off, the preview is a scaled-down version of the actual piece. If you look around the site, you'll notice that the previews are either taken from a part of the big piece or they're a different picture related to the piece. If I'm correct, scaling down a picture for the preview is against the site's rules.

Second, and this one's important, your piece has 35 colours in total, while the maximum is 16 (you can check here). To actually get this piece accepted for the contest, you're gonna have to do some major editing (ie getting rid of a lot of colours).
