Thank you for your input! I wanted to get some pixel work up here ASAP so I could link to it within my introduction forum post so I suppose I uploaded some pixel work in a sloppy manner. I was not aware references were necessary for pixel work submissions here but I will take that into consideration. Will be altering the presentation of these portraits so that hopefully they will be accepted on here.
I don't think your submissions will be accepted in the gallery the way they are now since they are raw screenshots.
Also, references are always nice ( for this piece Nomura's Final Fantasy 8 portraits :) ).
