 Got it! Theres only 13 individual pixels of the required color. 

Thanks everyone :)  I don't usually change submissions to challenges, but it's before the due date so I fixed a couple of things that bothered me about the face shape, shifted the head down a little, and added a little aa in a couple of places.

Great work.  I'm thinking the composition could benefit from just a tiny bit more space between the top of her head and the frame -- might just be me though.

My guess for the title is that she is either: a) one of thirteen sisters; or b) she's only thirteen years old.

I'm not sure about calling her scary, but the style does remind me of Tim Burton.
