It was pointed out to me, thankfully, that my first post is more than 255 colors. I edited it to less than 255 and this is the result.

I used Photoshop to make it and was not aware that it was mixing colors when next to each other. Hmm, still not really sure how that happend. After getting the correction, I searched and found a pixel art program called, Grafx2. I will be using it and hopefully my images will remain in the 255 color range.
