maybe you should have change it a bit more the diffrence is too small that Tubba Blubba was a whimp... I hate that boss btw Paper Mario is one of my favourite games

No idea, I have re-uploaded the image several times, tried GIF and PNG. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v410/badassbill123/tubba.png is a copy of the image if there is a way for admins to it manualy.
