Sorry for the white bg, but my gif animator can't get rid of it :( Anyway, it's just a walking sprite for a cloaked character of mine.

His robes need more movement and his head needs less.

his head bobs too much, this will be less apparant when you make the torso&head bob together. right now it looks as if the torso lengthens and shortens. while in fact the the vertical lenth of the legs is the only thing that gets smaller
