The arm is alot better, but the fist still feels sort of flat to me, maybe shade the bottom of the knuckles to give it more depth? the shirt feels alot more flowly and less rigid now.

Just scale everything down using nearest neighbour and clean the shit out of it. It may be alot of effort, but probably not as much as remaking everything from scratch. The hands/ forearms could use a bit of work, they seem a bit crooked. Maybe add a little more movement to the shirt bottom, it's noticably disjointed. I'm looking forward to seeing all your other peices at this scale. =p

Hey, this is still looking pretty impressive...
Have you looked into a multiplatform engine? It could make things much easier (cocos2d-x for example since you mentioned c++)
Also, do you need a hand with the programming side of things? :P
