Thank you everyone for your messages. As of late I haven't been doing much Pixel Art. I feel like I'm stagnating with pixel pushing. Every time I start on something, be it big or small, I always feel it's turning out terribly so I end up scrapping it.
@atpalicis, to be honest, the only thing I did was add a mustache. Look at the change that occurred!
