I get a system message saying "revision required before approval" or whatever the exact phrase is. Does that mean if i just leave it someone will eventually approve it from the public queue? I took it to mean i had to change it for it to be approved. That's what it would suggest anyway.
We did not 'force' you to remove the BG at all...its was a question/request. Normally, we prefer trans BG but some art is designed for a certain color Bg or looks best on a certain BG color and then its a design choice and that's totally cool. Please update with your original version.
fyi, the default grey is used by roughly half the PJ members but others use all kinds of different themes and its the reason we ask for trans but totally respect design choices...we don't read minds so we always assume :p
It was plain white, i was forced to change it. T_T
phillipe, how do you propose i move the right eye(his left) to the right?
I've tried moving his right eye forward a pixel, but it looks bad, so this is basically the only solution, and personally i'm happy with it as is.
Really nice, would be better if had some kind of background, just for contrast, even just plain white would do.
looks like he is looking behind, try to move both eyes 1 pixel to the right ^^.
edit: I mean.. flip them lol
Love it. I've got a big space it my heart for tiny ninjas.
The system messages are automated so we pick the one that comes 'closest' but we know they are almost always not the right thing and when adding art we don't always PM PJers to explain. The useless BG 'thang' is so well known here that we seldom explain it :/
If this should ever happen again:
* PM a Mod to explain or ask a question.
* When art is sent back and you wish to re-submit you need to go to the art page and hit the 'resubmit' button at the bottom of the page so Mods see it on the list again. Once its sent back its removed from the list we see.
* The best solution (when you know something is or could be questioned. Such as a seemingly useless BG) is to explain this in the art page description so Mods know about it when adding art. Once in your gallery, then it can be removed.
