the palette looks alright but i think the brown and the blue kind of clash just a little bit (at least as my personal preference), perhaps you should try uploading this with a couple different colors of hair and robe and see which one gets the best reception?
I'm assuming this is you, right? Because, if it -is- just an edit (of someone else's art), that's not allowed, I believe.
