Okay, I made some edits to try and fix the banding issues.
Does it look any better?

on the front tuft of hair, on the left side (brown and dark brown)

on the arm nearest us, between the shoulder and elbow (especially in the relaxed frame)

It was meant to just be heavy breathing, I tend to go over the top with idle animations though you're right in it look more like shoulder excersizes. Thank you for the feedback, I'll see what I can do to fix it.
Can you point out where the banding is? I think I have an idea but I don't know if I have a full grasp on it yet.

looks like she's doing shoulder exercises, a bit dramatic for an idle animation. what exactly is the intended motion? on the plus-side the volumes are well-defined and your control of the figure is good (though there are some banding issues on the glove and hair)
