The preview can stay that way. Its the big pre-zoomed image we speak off :/

Use the forum for tranparency help or use an online utility like iaza.com

What do you mean 'they won't let me"?

Its not added yet because we don't think this needs to be pre zoomed. The -+ thingies under the art will do that.
