I just animed it like that becouse I think it looks cute q-q but ya, I also thing tha paws look weard and I can't read de body two, but I'm still learning about pixel art, I make pixel art for a long time but not my own pixel art, I just took images and retrased them. So ya... Ho and I don't like adobe but thanks, I only use paint. It's easyer q-q

The body is too squat for the head size, and not very readable. The belly should be in deep shadow, the paws might be more detailed for immediate readability. The front paws could be a bit lower as if the angle of view was head height, not precisely ground height.

The anim is a bit weird: why do the paws get thinner, or the ears longer?
I think your anim workflow isn't optimal, as seen from the vid. You should definitely work on layers (and get a layer-capable software if yours isn't), so you can check frames on top of each other (much better than side by side!). Even better, true anim software lets you run the WIP anim anytime you need.
Adobe CS2 (=old) products are available for 'free' here (official, not pirate!). If you download Photoshop, it should come with ImageReady which is a PS clone 'hidden' within that's geared for the web, including anims. Should work up to Windows 7.
