 For the Weekly Challenge. I was inspired by MTG because I played it quite a lot in my younger days. So I had the idea for a Card Game where both players were serial killers, and you fought for control of vicims. Thus, this card. This is my first submission to the weekly challenge and any advice will be appreciated. 11 Colors and all done with 1 px pencil tool in GIMIP.
