it's as good as it's ever going to get: want to reconsider?
The weird thing is the way the person is cropped. In the video, there are several shots where the girls are cropped in nice ways, you might study the composition of these shots (although I doubt you can make that work with the angle of view you chose for the table).
It also needs more contrast, and I'd recommend a (simple) background.
Better, can go further =)
Here's a quick'n'sloppy edit:
Fixed table perspective, vase, hands details and position (done this without a reference: that's bad! preferably use your own hands, in a mirror if need be), cleaned lines (no excuse!), upped contrast and shifted colors, reduced to 17 (still too many), added some AA.
Forget about dithering at this point: it's advanced, it's most of the time not necessary, and interferes with what should be your main goals: clean lines and shapes, thoughtful overall composition, light source-driven shading, good palette management. In any case, refining such as AA and dithering should only be done as a last step when all the main issues are ok.
Have fun!
