While I do like the colors and lightsources you've chosen, I'd like to point out that he seems to be somewhat from the age of the neanderthal? x: the distance between the eyes is to wide, while the distance from the side of the skull to the corresponding outer edge of the eye is far too thin. the nose too, is probably around the double the size it would need to be. the upper edge of the ears could be raised by 1-2 pixels too, IMO. another thing; one shouldn't cut off a portrait at that height. It is more pleasing to the eye to stop at the shoulders/colar bone, as it allows the human brain to set it better into the surrounding context.
