I admire the whole limited palette thing. It's definitely a useful skill, keep at it!

Upon first glance I notice that some colors are quite close in value. You should place all colors next to all the other colors and be able to identify each clearly - if not, you could stand to reduce the palette a tad. Great work nonetheless.

 I like the concept and the character, though the shading of the shirt seems kind of awkward 

 it is nice, but it needs cold light.
