Oh man, you did a very good job fixing it. Now i can say what i wanted to say at the first moment i watched this piece: these are one of the best feet i've ever seen in a pixel-art.
Well, the hair indeed looks much better now without the lighter colors on top of the hair, so thanks. Her foot was a real pain in the ass. I'm still not sure if it actually looks beter (though, I tried looking at some foot anatomy). Thank you!
The AA on the arms and legs look a bit odd against the background because of a darker pixel on the inside and a light pixel on the background side. The right side of the head suffers from something similar to this as well.
I like it a lot. But I think you could fix the anti-aliasing between the umbrella and the hair.
Her left eye and left toe also look a little bit strange.
