 Hm, you could be right. I'll try to add different ajustments with their facial features.

 I feel the characters on the right need larger eyes, they're somewhat block of vision by the visors makes them look like they're eyes are too small, which is quite obvious.

It's interesting because just by adding a type of visor over the eyes makes him look much more serious.
