Your best technical piece so far but still rather messy and uncontrolled pixelling. The selout (I think you were going for AA there) in the shirt and arms are a nice idea but not carried thru to the rest of the piece. That, and the lack of fading on the smoke figure is what lends this a WIPish look. The AAing has some good areas and some really bad areas...this is all about practicing. Best tip is see piece at 1X and only AA if you see a jaggy spot. If not leave it alone. Sometimes when working zoomed in it seems everything needs AA, so zoom out on accasion when AAing.
Man, I really liked the style of pixel art, but I thought it was unfinished.

My suggestion is get rid of the thin outlines, and make the effect as seen in the legs. If you really need an outline, make it considerably thicker (but not too much) and use AA to shape it in any way you want
