Spot on Mario that is. Not very 'pixelish' but still pleasant to look at.

It's definitely a nice piece, though I'd have to agree with jalonso, the pillow shaded area doesn't keep with the consistent style you've gone for. On another note, I'd like to point out that the M should be centered, it doesn't look right at the very bottom.

The white on the hat is a pillow shaded/banded mess :/

I have problems with shadows but I have already tidy location

Mmmm, not bad. But the shadow in the face is in right side while the shadow in the cup is at left.
