I initially planned to add more steps to the animation. Things like a smoking barrel and a second reload but cancelled them due to a lack of motivation :x

My favorite part is how he bangs it into place. Adds a lot of character.

The animation is well done :). The pixels itself seem a bit rough though.

 Very good animation, but it's weird that the magazine just dissapears when it runs out of ammo.
