The shading on the left leg could be done better, at the moment it resembles pillow shading with an attempt at dithering. The rest is done sufficiently, well made.
This work is very appealing, but something wonky is going on with the neck. I'd offer an edit if I were better with anatomy.
I think the problem with the new hands is they look a bit too stumpy. Perhaps her hands should now be more slender since they are not as long. Or you may have made them too small at this point. It is a tricky problem. I suggest looking at people on google images and seeing how their hands look compared to their bodies.
Excellent use of only a few colors! Loving your shading.
What do you guys think, better or worse?

Should I replace the original with it?
Yes, she's very sexy and and, but above that this piece is very nicely pixelated!! I love it!
Lovely image! Nice with the rasterbar in the background.
I love the purple in the hair and the palette in general. Stunning work.
Thanks for the comments everyone! I'll try to edit the hands in the next few days, thank for the critique Jinn and R1K and everyone else who gave me critique. Thanks again!
If you were to edit it and make the hands smaller it would be quite good. (or take the head from this and point it on the torso of the last )
insta-fav, this is great!
I have to agree on the hands, though. The forearms and wrists look stretched compared to the upper arm
if you're working on something for a long time, try mirroring it. This way you're able to find flaws more easily.
It helps me, at least
agree with Jinn. Hands are about the size of your face with the fingers stretched out (try it yourself), and the length of her hand is longer than her face even with the fingers bent.
Other than that, good job.
I would just make the hands a little smaller and soft. Other than that, ace!
O never ever had a chance to draw a woman at that outstanding level!
Absulutelly outstanding!!!
