I agree with the others on the palette working well, however, I think you should use lighter shades on the tree as it's darker than the rest of the picture giving it a bit of a disjointed air.

 I agree with Franuka ...a little more detail on the head would be nice too...

Maybe you can try some AA (specially on the tail/wing), and lowering contrast between the lineart and the grass.

Beautiful art. My favorite part is the tree. I think the big white spot could have some cloud effects.
