The problem is the eyebrow is darker than the actual eye. The eyes need to have some contrast so they draw attention as eyes. Right now the face is unreadable to me at first glance.

 above the eye ? that's supposed to be an eyebrow.

but i see how it can be confusing. it seems a little too big.

There is a spot in the face that confuses me. I thik it was an eye.
