Haha, yes. It is literally called "Sprite Something". I think it is iPad only though...
Sprite Something is the actual name of the app or you mean Sprite 'Something". I was unable to find it in the app store :(
I used an iPad app called "Sprite Something". I wish it handled palettes a bit differently but otherwise it is a pretty great app otherwise and has some cool sprite sheet features. I also used a stylus since my fingers are a tad too clumsy for fine detailed stuff... :)
