This is Toisher, and it's a character I designed looking at some sprites ripped by Nemu at tSR. Thanks to him and his rips for the inspiration. I'm really  really happy with the result. I hope you guys will like it ^^.

at fist thought I thought It was a deformed squirtle but after looking at the discription I understood what you were showing. I like it , I like it alot!

I looks like a combination of Squirtle, Warturtle, and a fat guy.
