Thank you Carnivac. It was tricky and i have not yet tested the black filling against a more relevant background.
I love how there's barely any actual detail on them and yet they're clearly identifiable as skeletons which are actually an incredible compex shape and design in the real world :)
MikauKahn: i fixed the color count by removing the little hero and spreading the skeletons colors to the sword and the tile highlight.
x-death: The hero had to go. Was trying for a similiar style but failed there. I also improved attack animation somewhat.
Thanks
looking at your hero and the skeleton individually i feel like they were both designed for different games in different styles. perhaps that is just me? ohh wait those colorful thiongs are the hero...ok that's ackward i thought they were flowers...
in either case i think your sword enemy animation would really benefit by extend his arm out as he steps forward with the sword so his doing a stabbing motion. because as is it just feels wierd that it stays static like that.
I feel like you could lower the color count by cutting down on the amount of greys, otherwise it's very nice.
You can click here to see what colors you're using. Colors that are very similar can sometimes be done using only one instead of two or three even.
I love your works so much! They're so simple yet amazing!!
