 Combined a bat with a gargoyle or a dragon or something and animated it.  Potentially an enemy in a game I'm developing.

Edited with a bit more movement.

 some head, arm, leg, and body movement would be nice. other parts are so wonderuflly smooth that it just endsup looking stiff without it.
