I don't really like the hair texture, it makes it look more like oil than strands of hair. Maybe if you made it a "sharper" somehow?

A couple minor critiques, the chin looks a bit skewerd and could use being moved by a pixel or two to the left. The two hairs on the forehead kind of blend with the forehead itself, which is a bit odd.
