This is a sprite I made for a game I'm working on.  He's the head janitor.  I based him off of my real-life supervisor, Richard.

Richard always wears camoflauge pants, a doo-rag, and has a fu manchu.  He drinks a lot, and looks like he, at one point in his life, belonged to the Hell's Angels.
