Thanks, this helps a lot. I was wondering if you might have a suggestion on the color that "bit" could be. And the squares were originally added because I wanted it to be T'nT but I can take them out, no big deal.
Agree with jal. Ropes and the like are fiendishly difficult to pixel anyway. I'd go for as much simplification and ellipse as possible here, since it's also somewhat inconsistent with the clear-cut type. Suggesting is better than showing ;)
Type is good, but I find the two sets too different, they don't really 'answer' each other.
What's the point with the squares in TNT? I can't help read it as TINT.
BIT might be a different color so that the sparkles look really bright.
I'd recommend going to the Pixelation forum for more feedback.
As a logo and as its own art it seems to me that the wick is over pixelled.
I'd suggest that you try dropping the AA on the word "bit". the rendering on "TNT" is nice, but the word "bit" invokes a feeling of oldschool low res graphics, and AA doesnt fit that. Maybe darken the shadow colour on the rope a little, just nit picking now though.
Just my opinion, still looks great as is.
edit: forgot to mention that the cube above the "N" is one pixel too wide to the right. Either that or the angle on the "N" needs to start 1 pixel later.
