I honestly wasn't expecting to see a dance before I clicked this. Pretty simple, yet effective.
The tie (at least thats what I think it is...) kind of gets lost within that chest area. Since human eyes perceive brighter things to be closer to us (and vica versa for darker colors), it makes that area look odd. And question, have you tried changing the hand color to the lighter tan? Might be a little better, I think.
Lastly, although it is a very small sprite, I think the proportions could have been a little bit better. Either he has baggy pants or his torso is larger than his legs (incorrect anatomy.)
